I am an Irish artist exploring the almost forgotten presence of urban spaces and familiar objects that have been shaped and worn down by time. My paintings focus on mood, atmosphere and patinated weathered surfaces and I try to bring the story of my subjects to life through dramatic lighting, texture and quiet narrative.
